Homemade shampoo and conditioner

From rye flour you can easily make your own shampoo which is not only cheap, but also healthy for the scalp. Conventional shampoos contain sulfates and parabens, which are used to care for and clean the hair, but are also problematic for the body and the environment. Often the scalp is irritated because the natural PH value is changed by these additives. The flour regenerates the PH value of the scalp, which should be between 4.5 and 5.5. So a detox cure takes place, which shows itself after a few weeks by the fact that the hair does not re-grease so quickly and looks naturally smooth and healthy. For a portion of shampoo mix 300 ml lukewarm water and 5 tablespoons rye flour to a smooth mass. Then massage into damp hair and rinse well, ready!

The alternative to the hair conditioner is a homemade acid rinse made from apple vinegar or lemon juice. Also this does not load our scalp by silicones or lubricants which load the environment or change the PH value. Better compatibility and shine can be achieved simply by mixing 800 ml cold water with 2 tbsp cider vinegar or lemon juice. This acid rinse after washing on the hair give (very important is that you use cold water, because thereby the hair dandruff lie), who wants can rinse these afterwards again with cold water, ready!
